A booming social media network relies on responsible and keen content moderators to ensure an optimal user experience and safety. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and communicative candidate to moderate content for a social media platform in a
- paced environment.

Your responsibilities as a Content Moderator will include:

• Reviewing and scanning content on the app
• Checking if it complies with platform guidelines
• Safeguarding the user experience

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• C1/native German speaker + advanced English
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Affinity for social media
• Reliable and proactive approach
• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is desirable but not required
• Commitment to providing
  - quality, accurate information
• Availability to work on weekends

What’s in it for you?

• Full-time contract for 6 months, 40 hrs/week
• Rotative shifts including mornings (07:00–16:00), afternoons (14:00–23:00), and nights (22:30–07:30)
• Salary: €950 gross/month (14 payments), €450 gross/month (12 payments), plus daily meal allowance (€7. 63), a €1000 welcome bonus, and private health insurance
• Reimbursement of travel costs or flights, depending on residence, after 90 days
