What You’ll Do

As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring that users worldwide enjoy a safe, engaging, and high‑quality online experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and evaluating online videos, posts, and user reports to identify issues related to copyright, content accuracy, and community guidelines.
• Monitoring and updating content on a major global social media platform.
• Auditing user‑generated content before it goes live to maintain platform integrity.
• Ensuring all work meets key performance standards (KPIs) and follows established accuracy and compliance guidelines.
• Building a strong understanding of the client’s products, services, and policies.
• Safeguarding customer data and strictly following internal compliance processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent (C2) German speaker with solid English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
• A natural customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts based on operational needs.
• An associate degree or relevant experience (6‑12 months in content moderation, customer service, or a related field preferred).
