Your work will directly ensure that all materials are fully compliant with our established legal obligations and internal quality specifications. You will collaborate closely with various in‑house teams to maintain the integrity and reliability of our digital platforms. This position will not require handling any graphic, sensitive, or disturbing subject matter.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Review, assess, and manage German‑language online content, ensuring strict adherence to both internal company guidelines and necessary legal frameworks.
• Confirm that all examined content meets demanding standards for accuracy, quality control, and compliance.
• Identify, record, and promptly flag any contradictions, emerging patterns, or potential legal concerns.
• Keep informed and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all client‑specific rules and policies.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance content review procedures and provide actionable feedback for ongoing process improvement.
• Thoughtfully and professionally handle elevated cases, ensuring proper documentation is maintained and a resolution is achieved.
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and highly cooperative work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Proficiency (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken German and English.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong, detail‑oriented mindset.
• The capacity to perform efficiently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, high‑volume operational setting.
• Proven capability in communication and problem resolution.
• Comfort and familiarity with various digital tools, web interfaces, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Lisbon (relocation assistance is provided).
