Core Responsibilities

• Examine, assess, and moderate German-language content posted online, ensuring total compliance with internal standards and legal obligations.
• Guarantee that every item you review meets high benchmarks for accuracy, quality control, and adherence to regulations.
• Identify, record, and promptly report any irregularities, emerging trends, or potential legal concerns.
• Keep fully informed and maintain current knowledge of all
  - specific policies and guidelines.
• Partner with internal departments to improve the effectiveness of content moderation processes and provide useful feedback for continual enhancement.
• Manage complex or escalated situations with thoughtful consideration and professionalism, ensuring detailed documentation is completed for every case.
• Actively contribute to fostering a welcoming, positive, and collaborative workplace environment.

Requirements for the Role

• Language Skills: You must demonstrate fluency (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken German and English.
• Must possess a robust analytical ability and a meticulous focus on detail.
• Proven capacity to manage time effectively and perform efficiently in a
  - moving, demanding work setting.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Comfortable and experienced with using various digital tools,
  - based applications, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• While previous experience in content moderation, online operations, or compliance is beneficial, it is not essential—comprehensive professional training will be supplied.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates moving from outside the local area).
