• Identifying Trends: Spot emerging trends in harmful content and provide insights to help proactively address threats and improve safety measures.
• Collaborating for Consistency: Work with a diverse, global team of moderators to ensure fair and consistent enforcement across regions.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Proficient in German (C2) for content understanding and proficient in English (B2) for team communication.
• Resilience: Ability to handle exposure to sensitive and graphic material professionally and with emotional fortitude.
