Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing Content: Analyze and moderate
  - generated content, including videos, images, and comments, to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Enforcing Guidelines: Apply knowledge of policies to make swift and accurate decisions on whether content should be removed, restricted, or approved.
• Identifying Trends: Identify and escalates new content trends or policy violations to management, helping improve safety measures.
• Collaborating with Team: Work closely with a diverse team of moderators and quality assurance specialists to ensure consistency and quality.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Participate in ongoing training to keep knowledge of evolving policies current.

Essential Qualifications

• Language Skills: Advanced level of German (B2/C1 or higher) and Conversational level of English (B2 or higher).
