Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant Social Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating
- generated content across various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and promote a safe online environment for our German-speaking users. Your attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills will be crucial in fostering healthy interactions within the community. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate content on social media platforms in German to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Evaluate
  - generated content, recognizing and addressing inappropriate or harmful material effectively.
• Engage with users by responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
• Generate reports on moderation activities and highlight trends or potential improvements for the team.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine moderation practices for enhanced user experience.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to quickly identify content issues.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while working independently in a
