We are currently recruiting for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our client's office in Lisbon, Portugal!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review user reports regarding website content
• Monitor content compliance daily and apply corrective measures
• Make
  - balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to policies and procedures
• Propose solutions to improve user community support
• Review sensitive content, which may involve graphic or disturbing material

REQUIREMENTS:

• C2 or C1 level in German, both oral and written; fluent in English (at least B2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with adaptability to new processes, concepts, and skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to objectively evaluate and classify content
• No previous experience in customer service necessary
