We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Content Moderator to join our client's office in Lisbon, Portugal!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review user reports regarding website content
2. Monitor daily content compliance and apply corrective measures
3. Make
   - balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures
4. Propose solutions to improve user community support
5. Review sensitive content, which may involve graphic or disturbing subject matter

REQUIREMENTS:

1. C2 or C1 level in German, both oral and written; fluent in English (at least B2)
2. Excellent communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
3. Quick learner with adaptability to new processes, concepts, and skills
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
6. Ability to objectively evaluate and classify content
7. No previous experience in customer service centers necessary
