This position involves moderating
- generated content to ensure it aligns with established guidelines, maintaining a safe and positive online experience, and supporting a globally recognized digital media and entertainment company.

Responsibilities

• Content Review: Review
  - generated content in German (text, images, videos) for adherence to platform guidelines and policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply guidelines to identify and action inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Decision Making: Make timely decisions on content visibility, removal, or escalation based on criteria.
• Documentation: Log and document moderation decisions to support
  - keeping.
• Trend Identification: Identify emerging content trends, policy gaps, or risks and report them to relevant teams.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving policies, guidelines, and cultural nuances.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and other departments to ensure consistent moderation practices.
• Data Security: Follow data privacy and security protocols during moderation activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German (C1/C2 Level Preferred): Strong understanding of German language and online trends for accurate review.
• Proficient English (B2 or higher): Required for internal communication, training, and policy comprehension.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess content quickly and apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent Judgment: Sound

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in reviewing large volumes of content.
