Job Description:
We’re looking for a German-speaking (C1) support specialist with good English (B2) to join our team in Porto! In this role, you’ll review and moderate content on a leading social media platform, manage user reports, ensure compliance with copyright and legal standards, and deliver
- quality customer support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review online videos, user content, complaints, and legal notices
- Evaluate and escalate incorrect decisions related to copyright concerns
- Monitor and update platform content as needed
- Conduct audits to ensure guideline compliance before upload
- Follow strict accuracy, data protection, and compliance processes
- Maintain

- date knowledge of client policies and services - Meet or exceed service KPIs and performance metrics
What You Bring:
- German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency
- Strong PC and internet navigation skills
- High attention to detail, reliability, and multitasking ability
- Patience, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule
- Associate degree + 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred
