Your Profile

• Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring courteous and helpful service.
• Proficiency in German and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Keen to learn.
• (Bonus) Experience in telephone customer service or call center environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Address questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing solutions via phone.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via email, chat, and social media.
• Provide product information, advice, and assistance on payment, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
• Engage in
  - selling and upselling after addressing customer queries.
• Temporary, renewable employment contract for one year, with potential for permanence after two years.
