The Opportunity

Your Profile

- Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.

- Proficiency in German and fluency in English (both written and spoken).

- Outstanding communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn.

- (Bonus) Experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment is a plus.

Your responsibilities

- Address questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best solutions via phone.

- Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via email, chat, and social media channels.

- Provide information about products, offer advice, and assist with payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.

- Engage in
- selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.

- Temporary, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of one year; potential for a permanent contract after two years.
