Your Profile

• Provide telephone and written support to German-speaking customers with a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Keen to learn.
• (Bonus) Experience in telephone customer service or call center environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Address questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing solutions via phone.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via email, chat, and social media.
• Provide product information, advice, and assistance on payment, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
• Engage in
  - selling and upselling of products.
• Temporary, renewable employment contract initially for one year, with potential for permanent employment after two years.
