The Role: Responsibilities
- Expert Digital Support: Deliver superior customer service via phone, email, and chat, assisting users with inquiries regarding cutting‑edge in‑vehicle infotainment systems, mobile applications, remote access features, and account management.
- Complex Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to digital product setup, software glitches, Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, and navigation system failures. Translate technical jargon into clear instructions.
- Documentation and Escalation: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system and efficiently escalates unresolved issues to second‑level technical or back‑office teams while maintaining customer ownership.
- Adherence to Quality: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and empathy, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium quality expected by the client.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
- Rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday)
- Full‑time (40 hours/week) with scheduling flexibility to cover 24/7 service.
- Mandatory rotational shift pattern includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Working days: Five days per week covering Monday through Sunday.
- Shift times: 8‑hour shifts rotated across 24‑hour cycle.
- Rest days: Two consecutive days off per week, rotating and may not always be Saturday/Sunday.
Candidate Requirements
- German Fluency: Native or
- native level (C1/C2) in spoken and written German. - English Proficiency: Good working knowledge (B2).
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Portugal (EU citizenship or valid work authorization required).
- Technical Aptitude: Passion for new technology and proven ability to learn complex digital systems quickly.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is beneficial; training provided for motivated newcomers.
