Overview

German-Speaking Customer Relations Associate | Remote in Portugal. We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious project. This is a remote position in Portugal, but applicants must reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise
• Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
• Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
• Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile

• Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
• Experience in a
  - focused environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently
• EU Passport or valid work permit (No Visa provided)
