What the job is about

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chats from German-speaking customers regarding service, product or account issues.
• Resolve issues related to orders, billing, product usage or general inquiries; elevate when needed.
• Log all customer interactions accurately, document case outcomes and ensure timely
  - up.
• Work closely with operational teams (sales, technical support, logistics) to provide seamless service.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through clear communication, empathy and effective problem solving.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1+) with strong English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, call‑centre or support roles (previous experience is a plus, but not always required).
• Excellent communication skills, able to empathise with customers and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with computers, CRM or support‑case systems and multitasking.
• Capable of working on‑site, part of a team and adhering to shift requirements if applicable.
