Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to health technology products and services, including usage, troubleshooting, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in German
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting options
- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and issue resolution
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and company products to enhance customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the health technology or healthcare sector
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care and satisfaction
- Excellent
- solving abilities and the capacity to handle technical inquiries - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently in a remote environment
