We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Loures. While the primary focus will be on supporting our German-speaking customers, you will also assist other European customers as part of our international customer service and sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Assisting customers with their orders and inquiries across Europe

✅ Providing excellent customer support via phone and email

✅ Resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency

✅ Maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners

✅ Working closely with the global Sales team to meet financial targets in terms of sales and profitability

✅ Helping to promote sales, control costs, retain and attract new customers, and develop new business opportunities

✅ Supporting online sales activities, including capturing orders and stimulating sales through deals and online incentives

✅ Occasionally traveling to Germany and other European countries for customer visits

This role is predominantly sales and customer service focused, but we’re looking for a hands-on team player who is happy to jump in and support the business wherever needed.

? Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

? Experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations

? Strong communication and
- solving skills

? Ability to manage inquiries with a professional and
- focused approach

? Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits

? Attention to detail and ability to multitask

? Experience in the aquarium or pet industry is a plus – but full training will be provided!
