- Supporting customers by phone and email regarding products, services, and complaints
- Providing accurate information and tailored solutions to ensure a great customer experience
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintaining a high standard of service to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Native level of German and good command of English

What’s in it for you?
- Long-term
- term contract, renewable annually - Full-time schedule (40h/week), Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 10 PM, rotating shifts

- With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950€ gross/month
- Without accommodation: 1, 300–1, 400€ gross/month
