German-Speaking Customer Service Representative - Lisbon

We are hiring a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our team in Lisbon. If you are fluent in German and passionate about digital marketing or web design, this opportunity is for you!

About the Role:

You will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Knowledge or experience in digital marketing and web design is required and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

• Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries through various communication channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Apply your knowledge of digital marketing/web design to help customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to meet shared objectives.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design.
• Strong customer service and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment.

What We Offer:

• Meal allowance: 7. 23/day
• Transport allowance: 20/month
• Health insurance from day 1 (monthly payment required, free after 6 months)
• Welcome bonus: 3000
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00-22:00 (rotating shifts), days off on Saturday and Sunday
• Transportation assistance: Uber up to 25. 00 to facilitate commuting at 06:00

Relocation Assistance (Lisbon only):

• Airfare reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months.
• Shared accommodation: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at 280/month, utilities included.
