What the job is about

• Provide
  - quality support to German-speaking clients and businesses using
  - engine tools and services.
• Help customers understand how they appear online, how to improve discoverability and resolve technical or
  - related queries.
• Troubleshoot issues, elevate complex cases and ensure fast, accurate resolutions.
• Use internal systems to document calls, track tickets and follow up until complete closure.
• Collaborate with product, operations and account teams to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Is fully fluent in German (C1+) and has strong English for internal communication.
• Has excellent communication skills able to explain digital and technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Is comfortable using computers, Internet-based tools, CRM systems and basic digital platforms.
• Has a
  - first mindset, is calm under pressure and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Can work
  - site and enjoy being part of a collaborative, international team.
