Your Mission

? Product & Market Mastery

• Become an expert in the product suite and the hospitality tech ecosystem
• Spot upsell opportunities and tailor proposals with the sales team
• Deliver compelling demos of our integrated payment product
• Understand competitor offerings and market positioning.

? Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients
• Conduct regular
  - ins to assess satisfaction and business alignment
• Provide resources and training to help customers get the most out of the product
• Be proactive in optimising user experience based on feedback and data.

? Customer Retention

• Anticipate issues before they become problems
• Execute strategies to reduce churn and increase customer value.

Your Profile

Must-haves:

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• 2+ years in a Customer Success or similar
  - facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills – patient, empathetic, but confident in upselling and guiding the conversation
• Comfortable working in a
  - paced,
  - growth Saa
  S or tech environment
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
