German speaking Customer Support in Lisbon - Accommodation provided
Responsibilities: Customer advice by telephone and email;
Helping customers with issues / situations that might arise.
You will deliver
- quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone);
Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way;
Requirements
Ideally previous experience in the field of Customer Service (online or face to face)
Excellent communication skills, native level of German is required, fluent level of English.
