German Speaking Customer Support In Lisbon - Accommodation Provided
Responsibilities:
- Customer advice by telephone and email;
- Helping customers with issues / situations that might arise.
- You will deliver
- quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone);
- Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way;
Requirements
- Ideally previous experience in the field of Customer Service (online or face to face)
- Excellent communication skills, native level of German is required, fluent level of English.
