About the position:

• As Customer Service Agent you will support clients from one of the greatest Cryptocurrency Company.
• You will give customer support by handling customers’ questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs.
• You will manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a
  - voice process.
• From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
• Rotative shifts; Monday to Sunday; 7h – 22h; 8 hour shifts; 2 days off.

Requirements:

• Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months)
• Fluency, verbal and written, in German
• Independent level of English (minimum B2)
• High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Skilled in
  - tasking & working under pressure
• Fast learner, diligent worker
