German-Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon or Porto
? Your Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our clients’ customers. Your job is to make sure every interaction ends with a smile — by providing helpful information, solving issues, and guiding users through their questions with patience and professionalism.
What you’ll do:
- Assist customers in German via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide clear answers and solutions to product or service inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow up on requests and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support with general inquiries, orders, or simple troubleshooting.
- Handle any escalations with care and professionalism.
- Represent the company positively in every interaction.
? Your Profile
- Native-level German (C2) and good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not required.
- Empathetic, patient, and
- oriented. - Comfortable using computers and online systems.
- Discreet and respectful when handling sensitive information.
- EU passport or valid residence permit for Portugal.
