Requirements

• Fluent German speaker living near Porto
• Customer service experience (email/chat support preferred)
• Intermediate German (B2-C1) written communication skills
• Intermediate English (B2) for training and team communication
• Available immediately and flexible to work shifts
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated
