As part of a global project for one of the leading digital advertising platforms, you will work with small to
- sized businesses to help them maximize the impact of their online marketing campaigns. You’ll provide expert consultation, analyze performance, and implement optimization strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked
In Campaign Manager.

This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon , allowing you the flexibility to work both remotely and in a collaborative
- site setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, analyze, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Linked
In, etc. ) for a portfolio of clients, primarily in the DACH market

Provide consultative support to advertisers via phone, email, or video calls, helping them enhance their ROI and campaign performance

Offer
- driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve client outcomes

Monitor campaign KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and identify new opportunities for optimization

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign
- up, and client satisfaction

Maintain
-
- date knowledge of platform best practices and digital marketing trends

Work in a highly structured environment with quality and performance goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in German (spoken and written); professional level of English

Around 1 year of
- on experience in digital marketing, ideally with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked
In Ads, etc. )

Medium to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills – able to work with formulas, pivot tables, and campaign performance data

Strong communication and analytical skills

Detail-oriented,
- focused, and
- centric mindset

Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and deadlines

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Nice to Have

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification

Experience with A/B testing and campaign reporting

Previous work in an agency or
- paced marketing environment
