Your Profile

1. Proficient in German and English
2. High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
3. Experience in the hotel/travel industry (desired)
4. Previous experience in a call center, ideally in sales and/or customer service
5. Strong communication skills and social intelligence
6. Proficient in web navigation and adaptable to technological changes
7. Providing voice reservation services and customer contacts via phone
