The Role

As a Legal Back Office Advisor, you will:

• Work on cases involving EU passenger rights regulations.
• Liaise with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).
• Manage complaints and regulatory processes before they reach court.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
• Enjoy a back office position – no direct contact with passengers/customers.

What We’re Looking For

• German (C2 level) – essential.
• English (B2 level) – required for internal communication.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with sensitive information.
• Interest in law, compliance, or regulatory processes (previous experience not required).
• Organised and proactive approach to
  - solving.

Monthly package includes:

• €1, 284 base salary x 12 monthly payments
• €75 complexity supplement x 12 monthly payments
• €172 performance bonus x 12 monthly payments

Medical & health insurance from day one

Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Portuguese time)

2 days off: Saturday & Sunday (including Portuguese bank holidays)

On-site role based in Lisbon Oriente
