Your Role

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot issues and guide customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and
  - ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
• Stay informed on new products and updates to deliver

Your Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1), both spoken and written.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Experience in customer service or call center roles (automotive experience is a plus).
• Passion for automotive topics and
  - savvy mindset.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
