Your responsibilities and impact as a Product Advisor:

• Provide
  - class service to customers by handling incoming queries via phone, email or chat
• Identify issues and offer effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Record customer information accurately in the CRM system
• Deliver
  - hoc support and collaborate with your team to reach project goals

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native German speaker with good English skills
• Excellent communication and listening abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn negotiation skills
• Energetic and proactive with the ability to work in a
  - paced environment

• Willing to relocate to Lisbon (valid Portuguese work permit required)

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950-1100€ gross/month
  • Without accommodation: 1300-1400€ gross/month
• Training compensation: 50% of hourly wage during 1–4 week training
