Your responsibilities and impact as a Product Advisor:

Provide
- class service to customers by handling incoming queries via phone, email or chat

Identify issues and offer effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction

Record customer information accurately in the CRM system

Deliver
- hoc support and collaborate with your team to reach project goals

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native German speaker with good English skills

Excellent communication and listening abilities

Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn negotiation skills

Energetic and proactive with the ability to work in a
- paced environment

Excited about international teamwork and expat lifestyle

Willing to relocate to Lisbon (valid Portuguese work permit required)

What’s in it for you?

Contract: Long-term
- term contract, renewable yearly

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

Salary options:

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950-1100€ gross/month

Without accommodation: 1300-1400€ gross/month

Training compensation: 50% of hourly wage during 1–4 week training

Relocation perks for international candidates:

Flight reimbursement after 9 months
