Responsibilities

• Perform sample reviews to maintain compliance with customer standards.
• Monitor team performance through reports and dashboards.
• Audit calls, chats, and emails to ensure consistent quality.
• Support training initiatives and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Prior QA experience (junior or senior).
• Fluent in German, spoken and written
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Possession of a valid residence card for Portugal or EU member state passport

• Contract Type: 1-month training + 1-year

• Annual Salary: Starting at EUR 17, 000 (up to EUR 20, 780/year based on experience).
