Your Role Could Involve:

Helping customers via phone, email, or chat with product questions, troubleshooting, or general support

Moderating content across video, text, or product listings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines

Supporting sales teams and advertisers via chat on advanced digital advertising platforms

Escalating complex issues and ensuring excellent service quality

Representing global brands in a professional and culturally aware manner

What You’ll Need:

Fluent/native German (C1–C2) and good English (B2 minimum)

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Based in Portugal or open to relocating (relocation support provided)

Experience in customer care, moderation, or B2B support is a plus — but motivated
- timers are welcome too

Tech-savviness, attention to detail, and a cool head under pressure
