Responsibilities

1. Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding search engine optimization and functionality.
2. Develop tailored consulting sessions to maximize clients' search engine effectiveness.
3. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high standard of service.
4. Facilitate training sessions to educate clients on search engine best practices and tools.
5. Accurately document customer interactions and strategies in our CRM system.
6. Work collaboratively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and enhance the service experience.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and search engine updates to provide clients with the most relevant insights.
8. Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is required.
9. Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
10. Strong analytical skills and an ability to assess customer needs effectively.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
12. Knowledge of digital marketing and search engine optimization tools is a plus.
13. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
14. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
15. Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of clients across various time zones.
