About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant to support German‑speaking corporate clients for one of the world’s most innovative travel‑tech companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert travel booking and advisory services via phone, chat, and email
• Manage air, rail, hotel, and car bookings through GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
• Resolve issues promptly and ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate documentation
• Work closely with team leads to enhance processes and customer experience

Requirements

• Native or fluent German and proficient English
• 5+ years of corporate or business‑travel experience
• Strong command of GDS tools (mandatory)
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑driven
• EU work eligibility (citizen or valid permit for Portugal)
