In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results across digital channels. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
- channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, and display)Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
Coordinate with creative, data, and media teams to align messaging and targeting strategies
Track campaign KPIs (e. g. , engagement, conversion, ROI) and deliver actionable insights
Support content development and localization for the German-speaking market
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure compliance with market regulations
Act as a strategic advisor for internal teams and clients, providing marketing expertise and insights
Stay informed about digital trends, tools, and consumer behavior in the DACH region✅ What We’re Looking For
Fluent in German (C1+) and strong English (B2+ minimum)Must reside in Portugal or be willing to relocate (relocation support provided)Proven experience in digital marketing , campaign management , or brand marketing
Solid knowledge of platforms like Google Ads , Meta Ads , Google Analytics , and marketing automation tools
Agency or
- house experience working across diverse client sectors is a strong plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
