German-Speaking Traveler Advisor – Lisbon Lisboa

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent in the travel industry will be:

• Managing bookings by altering, cancelling, or creating new reservations via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting clients in the
  - sales process by answering inquiries and handling requests
• Managing reservations
  - office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of German and good level of English
• Enthusiasm for travel and the tourism industry
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Energy, proactivity, and the ability to work in a
  - paced environment
• Interest in intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
• Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• Valid Portuguese work permit
