Your Responsibilities:

As a TV Streaming Advisor, your daily tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat regarding subscriptions, content or account concerns
• Advising customers on technical or
  - related questions in a clear and friendly manner
• Helping ensure a seamless and positive experience for every user
• Recording customer data and following up on specific requests
• Contributing to team goals and delivering on performance targets

Your Profile:

• Native level of German and a good level of English
• Interest in the streaming and entertainment industry
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Customer focused and proactive attitude
• Open to learning and growing within a tech driven environment
• Positive mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural setting

What’s Offered:

• Permanent contract with a three month trial period
• Full time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 5 PM
• Monthly salary package includes:
  • Base salary of 1100 euros gross (paid 14 times per year)
  • Monthly performance bonus of up to 200 euros
  • Meal vouchers worth 7. 23 euros per working day
  • Reimbursement of part of transportation costs
  • Private health insurance and dental coverage after six months

Relocation Support (for candidates outside Portugal):

• Reimbursement of flight costs up to 400 euros after six months
• Company provided accommodation in a shared flat for 12 months (rental fee applicable)
