We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents to support a prestigious project in the travel industry. This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in Portugal or be willing to relocate. Please note that relocation packages are not provided.
Position Overview:
- Role: Customer Service Agent (German-speaking)
- Location: Remote in Portugal
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their cruise
- Handle sales inquiries confidently and professionally
- Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Profile:
- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
- Experience in a
- focused environment - Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently
