German Support agent - Social media platform
Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated German Support Agent to join our customer support team and assist our German-speaking users.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via social media, email, chat, and support channels in German. Handle complaints, technical issues, and feedback professionally and empathetically. Troubleshoot account access, content moderation, and platform functionalities.
- Content Moderation: Monitor
- generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. Address inappropriate content, spam, and violations. Collaborate with the moderation team to develop review best practices. - Community Engagement: Engage with users to foster a positive community. Encourage participation, guide on platform features, and support community events and campaigns.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect user feedback, feature requests, and bug reports. Work with product teams to communicate issues and suggest improvements. Generate reports on issues and trends.
- Language Skills: Native or
- native German proficiency (written and spoken). Strong English skills for internal communication. - Experience & Skills: Prior customer support or content moderation experience preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms. Proficiency with support software. Basic troubleshooting skills. Strong communication,
