Job location: Lisbon, Portugal

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 40h/week.

The purpose of the role is to act as a Team Leader, supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis.

You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team, focused on providing optimization consultancy to our client’s Account Managers. Your role is to guide the team and be the point of contact for all
- related matters.

You must be proactive, setting an example for the team, ensuring smooth operations, effective collaboration, and achievement of project goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication;
• Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage daily operations;

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German;
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams (at least 10 members);
• Experience/training in Digital Marketing: SEA/SEO; Google Ads;
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical skills with

  - making abilities.
