We are seeking a talented and accomplished German Team Manager responsible for supervising a team to meet or exceed client and corporate goals, coaching and motivating advisors by providing necessary skills and knowledge.

As a Team Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing absenteeism and attrition through continuous review and proactive measures, ensuring completion of return to work and exit interviews.
- Monitoring team performance against KPIs, implementing corrective actions and performance management strategies.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews and monthly 1:1 meetings with Advisors, aligning objectives with business KPIs.
- Recognizing and rewarding outstanding team achievements in line with company values.
- Providing clear guidance to ensure achievement of key performance metrics.
- Promoting open communication and feedback within the team.
- Fostering a team environment where employees are committed, loyal, and proud to work.
- Coaching and developing Advisors, offering growth and career development opportunities.
- Monitoring Advisor interactions for compliance and performance standards.
- Communicating client or campaign issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
- Implementing actions to improve client satisfaction scores.
- Training team members and new hires on procedures and compliance requirements.
To succeed, you need:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong training, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good numeric and reasoning skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or be a local candidate
- Availability to work at Sete Rios site (mandatory)
