We are seeking a talented German Team Manager to oversee an assigned team, ensuring the achievement of client and corporate goals. The role involves coaching and motivating advisors, providing the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and regularly with the team, sharing operational and management information.
- Resolve problems, make decisions, analyze results, and ensure project deadlines and requirements are met.
- Collaborate actively in the development of advisors' activities.
- Review and monitor work performance, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct formal monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Provide clear guidance to achieve key performance metrics.
- Communicate client issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
- Foster a
- oriented environment where advisors are committed and proud of their work. - Implement and review actions from Employee Satisfaction surveys.
- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Native or proficient German language skills (mandatory).
- Proficient in English (C1 or above).
- Second language skills are a plus.
- At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably as a Team Manager or product specialist.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good numerical and reasoning skills.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal is required.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or be a local candidate.
- Availability to work
- site in Sete Rios from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
