Your Tasks

• Respond to support questions via email & chat
• Follow clear guidelines (SOPs) to resolve issues or escalate when needed
• Maintain service level goals & quality standards
• Participate in training sessions & reviews for growth

What We’re Looking For

• German: C2 level (native-like fluency)
• English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with chats & support tickets
• Bonus: contact center or service team experience (especially ad tech)
• Familiarity with social media and digital ads
• Problem-solving skills & understanding complex issues
• Flexible & adaptable in a
  - paced environment
• Product support experience is a plus
