Your Tasks:

• Respond to support questions via email & chat
• Follow clear guidelines (SOPs) to solve issues or escalate when needed
• Stay on track with service level goals & quality standards
• Join training sessions & reviews to keep growing and improving

What We’re Looking For:

• German: C2 level (native-like fluency)
• English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience handling chats & support tickets
• Bonus if you've worked in a contact center or service team (especially for ad tech!)
• Familiar with social media and digital ads
• Great at solving problems & understanding complex issues
• Flexible and adaptable in a
  - moving environment
• Product support experience is a big plus!
