Mobility Charging Infrastructure.

As part of our e
Mobility team, you will be the first point of contact for companies facing issues with EV charging stations, ensuring minimal downtime and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding EV charger functionality, connectivity, and usage.
• Perform initial diagnostics on EV charging stations, including power status, network connectivity, and user interface issues.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps such as resets, cable inspections, and app configurations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or field teams with proper documentation.

Who we are looking for:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in IT, electronics, or automotive systems are a plus.
• Experience: Previous
  - facing technical support experience, preferably in call centers or e
  Mobility.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, Io
  T devices, network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SIM). Familiarity with EV standards (Type 2, CCS, OCPP) is advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly and empathetically to
  - technical users.
• Languages: German (C1 or above), English (B2).
• Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
