Rentals.com and provide access to exclusive savings on hotels, flights, cars, and travel for the ultimate travel experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Quick and effective customer assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings
• Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings
• Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns
• Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network
• Native or C2 level of German.
• Fluent level of English.
• Previous experience in customer service within online or face to face environments (not mandatory).
• Previous experience and/or education within the Tourism sector (not mandatory).
• Good listener, patient person with excellent soft skills.
• Good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines being able to solve issues with customers.
• Relocation package: refund of the initial flight ticket after 6 months
