Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and moderate video content, complaints, and copyright issues
2. Manage and update content on a major social media platform
3. Audit uploaded content to ensure guideline compliance
4. Meet service performance targets (KPIs)
5. Understand and apply client policies and data protection rules
6. Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Ideal Candidate:

1. Fluent in German (C1) with intermediate English (B2)
2. Comfortable navigating computers and digital tools
3. Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
4. Able to handle repetitive tasks in a
   - paced setting
5. Effective communicator and team player
6. Flexible with working hours
7. Previous moderation or
   - related experience is a plus
8. Associate degree or equivalent is preferred
